Sunsetter EasyScreen 10-Year Warranty

• WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
  The following components of the SunSetter power shade and its accessories are covered under this Warranty, subject to the limitations set forth below. These components have up to a ten (10) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturer's defects as outlined below:
  • FRAME, brackets, and associated hardware is warranted for ten (10) years against defects in workmanship and materials under Proper Use.
  • FABRIC is warranted as follows against becoming unusable due to excessive loss of color or strength, under Proper Use and provided that the shade is not subjected to excessive winds.
    • SunSetter Fabrics, Racasens RECScreen 7000P, and Serge Ferrari Soltis Veozip – 10 years, prorated. The first year of the warranty period provides replacement fabric at one hundred percent (100%) of original cost of the fabric. For each year after the first year of the 10-year limited warranty, the warranty coverage is reduced by 10% of the original cost of the fabric, and replacement fabric will be provided upon the purchaser's payment of the prorated amount based on the original cost of the fabric less the reduced amount.
  • ELECTRIC MOTOR warranted for five (5) years not to fail under Proper Use.
