Full visual inspection of the awning’s frame, motor, fabric, and components to ensure everything is in proper working order. |

Test the operation of the retracting mechanism and motor to confirm smooth and reliable performance |
Apply spray cleaner to frame and wipe down armsets, shoulders, square bar, and frontbar. |
Remove the valance from the front bar for winter storage. (We recommend storing valance in a dry environment) |
Lubricate all moving parts to ensure smooth operation throughout the year |
